Toruscare provides a standard 1-year warranty for all hospital beds and medical equipment, with the option to extend the warranty period based on customer needs.
For every shipment, 1% free spare parts of the total quantity are included. If any Toruscare hospital bed or medical device is damaged or fails due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, Toruscare will provide free replacement parts along with detailed assembly instructions.
After the warranty period, only the cost of accessories will be charged, while Toruscare’s technical support remains free, ensuring long-term service and reliability for our clients.
